* Answering incoming calls and directing callers to the appropriate associates
* Provide admin support to the operations team
* Assist with calendar management and scheduling
* Greeting guests as they walk into the office
* Keep the front office area neat and tidy
* Order office supplies
* Manage the incoming and outgoing mail
* Providing general office support to the company which includes filing, faxing, scanning, ordering, organizing etc.
* Pay: $15-17/hr
* Hours: 7:45am-4pm Monday - Thursday (Optional Fridays!)
