A national home-builder located in Mesa is looking for a customer service oriented professional for their growing customer advocate team. This well known company is on the look out for friendly and outgoing people who come from a background of administration as well as customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience as well as no more than 2 jobs within the last 3 years. This position will be in their warranty department where the person will answer inbound calls from customers across the nation. The quality of the call will always come first and the ideal candidate will be focused on building a relationship with the customers versus talk time. Since this will be in the warranty department, home-building knowledge will be a huge plus!!
