Job description
The primary focus of this position will be to provide amazing customer service to our customers. 

Responsibilities include: 

Responsible for all incoming customer correspondence. 
Needs to efficiently analyze the customer's needs and act appropriately.
Acts as contact for customers and liaison between customers and company operations.
Strives to meet or exceed service and operational goals established for productivity, quality, and timeliness.
Works to understand a customer's needs, issues and requests.
Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction by working to resolve all customer issues. 
Communicates and coordinates with team members to set up appointments and assist with any follow up scheduling. 
Initiates outbound calls to customers to ensure resolution of issues, customer satisfaction and to build loyalty.
Provides information and education to customers regarding warranty service options and any other questions that arise.
Always maintains a courteous and professional manner, with all interactions and communicate clearly and concisely.
Other duties as assigned.

You Have:

Experience providing business support in a busy environment.

Experience of data input ensuring accuracy, and where appropriate, confidentiality.

Strong communication and customer service experience; preferably in homebuilding or related industry.

Ability to problem solve and make decisions with minimal supervision to handle escalated issues.

Must be able to communicate effectively both in person, via phone, and chat.

Must be highly organized and structured individual with the ability to multi-task. Must be able to manage time well to complete tasks.

Excellent time management and organization skills.

Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in all Microsoft applications.

High school diploma or GED required plus two (2) year's customer service
