Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Serves as official source of communication between Windstream and customers.
  • Works with various teams to manage and develop strategic direction for customer communication. (Order Confirmation, Installation Appointment Notifications, post install account notifications, etc)
  • Will serve as the point of contact for all Consumer and Small Business teams that request development of a customer communication.
  • Proactively work with all business organization teams to identify existing and potential business gaps, then assist in developing strategy to efficiently and effectively close gaps.
  • Identify and provide recommendations for communication process improvements.
  • Ability to map and present communication touchpoints / recommendations to various teams and leadership.

Uses statistical tools as needed by the business unit to perform the following duties: 

  • Derive unknown variables from known variables
  • Select correct statistical technique to measure data
  • Interpret results from statistical data.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:  

Knowledge of wireline/wireless products; Forward thinker; Ability to work with many different groups and bring many pieces of the business together to achieve the desired result. Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9 years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
