Call Center/ Customer Service Representatives
Ultimate Staffing Services is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representatives in the Timonium, Hunt Valley and White Marsh areas! As the Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer service to both internal and external customers. You will collaborate with customers and service center personnel to best suite the customer's needs and resolve any issues.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Answers incoming calls from customers, internal and external staff
  • Accurately and promptly document orders, requests and customer information
  • Relay results to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and problems in a quick and efficient manner
  • Works efficiently within the team environment of the customer service department and contribute to team task accomplishment
  • Must keep constant professionalism and phone etiquette
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support the goals of the company
  • Experience working within a call center
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Must demonstrate judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Accuracy is a requirement for all activities in this position
  • Must have a high energy level and a passion for customer service
Job Type:
  • All positions are full time with shifts ranging from morning, daytime to afternoon, evening
  • Some weekends required
  • Different positions available, located in Timonium, Hunt Valley, and White Marsh areas
  • Compensation ranges from $14 to $17 based on the position and experience
