Job description
Do you have excellent customer service skills but don't want to be stuck in a call center environment? If so, then this might be a great opportunity for you! We are partnering with a long-time customer to assist with a temporary need. The length of this assignment is indefinite long-term. 

  • Serve as initial point of contact for clientele
  • Handle complaints over the phone
  • Maintain records and schedule appointments
  • Assist with processing referrals
  • File, answer phones and review and distribute mail
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability maintain discretion and strict confidentiality
  • Ability to work indepndently without direct supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office - especially Excel to maintain spreadsheets and record data
  • Ability to learn quickly and multi-task
