Shift: 8:30-5
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr
Job Description: The Customer Service Agent, First Party is responsible for managing a route / queue of first party accounts by negotiating a due date for active, past-due accounts and resolving complex disputes in a professional manner. This position handles inbound and outbound telephone calls in a customer service oriented demeanor, and drafts / sends emails to the responsible party regarding the outstanding obligation.
