Customer Service Lead role working for a successful family business that recognizes family values and work life balance!
This is NOT a call center role
Process standard and basic custom orders
Respond via phone and email to customer quires
Process Returns, web orders
Generate reports for Marketing and Sales
Provide customer quotes, set up accounts, order entry and respond to customer complaints
Maintain different databases
Process and maintain sales leads
Support the sales department with sales and commission report
Considered a Lead person but no direct reports.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce - ideal), an ERP systems, Quality systems (SOP's, Work Instructions) , MS Office (especially Excel) are critical.
Wil work with customers, Sales Director, Marketing Director, Sales Reps, Quality Control, Production floor, Finance
Must work very well independently, be patient, flexible, problem solver, and be willing to take initiative within their group.
Needs to be structured but flexible-balanced.
Must have diverse customer service skills, think outside of the box, good communicator and problem solver.
Min High School Diploma or equivalent
