Job description
Seeking an Order Entry Clerk for a Medical Devices company in West Bloomington! We offer wonderful healthcare benefits, weekly pay, casual dress code, fun and collaborative work culture and a team driven environment! 
  • High volume order processing via phone, email, and fax
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, shipping inquiries, returns etc
  • Respond to customer inquires in a prompt manner
  • Provide accurate pricing and delivery quotes
  • Process customer returns and manufacturer recalls 
  • Invoicing/billing 
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively 
  • Quality assurance on customer orders 
  • Prepare inventory reports for our sales team 
  • Inventory reconciliation 
  • Track customer orders in our database as well as Microsoft Excel 
  • $17/hr starting! 
  • Temp to hire after 90 working days
  • Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
