Job description

Lincare is currently looking for dynamic, energetic, and detail focused Call Center Associates to join our team. If you are looking for a challenging career with potential for growth, then you might make a wonderful Outbound Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will assist our valued customers by placing calls to an existing patient base regarding their medical supplies. Our goal is to help our patients and we pride ourselves in providing world class service.


  • Provide each customer with exceptional service
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success working on a computer, navigating through multiple screens
  • professional e-mail etiquette, strong written (typing) and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and to handle multiple priorities
  • The ability to consistently meet or exceed established performance and productivity goals of the department
  • Willingness to adapt to an evolving work environment


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Handles a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have basic math skills
  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferred
