Job description
Order Processing/CSR:
  • 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
  • Pay: $15-$17/hr 
  • 50% computer work and 50% phone work
  • Must be ok with assisting in all areas of the office as needed. This is a small office of 8 people so everyone helps out with everyone (team work environment).
  • Process orders quickly and efficiently 
  • Check order to ensure that customers have entered correct details, such as prices, discounts or product numbers
  • Issue credit notes and customer complaints
  • Open mail, process invoices and customer statements
  • Confirm orders to customer and sales representatives
  • Contact customers to resolve any queries or obtain any information that is missing, such as size or color
  • Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers
  • Monitor various reports in SAP to ensure there are no unknown/unseen order holds
  • Act as one of the liaisons for warehouse in regards to returns, questions, etc.
  • Basic Microsoft Office products
  • Communicate with and provide assistance to customer and sales representatives via phone and e-mail
  • Communicate with sales representatives and or showrooms via email as needed (e.g. catalog errors, item number changes/updates, policy changes, etc.)
This office is located in the North Loop area of Minneapolis so you can either park in the attached parking ramp or take the bus in!
