Job description
Acara Solutions formerly known as Superior Group is hiring a Customer Service Rep for our client in Carlsbad,CA.

Provides exceptional customer service and support to our customer base, Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, and all other company personnel. Demonstrates knowledge of products, optics and lab processing to evaluate and fill customer needs. On a daily basis will be responsible for performing accurate order entry of both Semi-Finished and Orders and working all backorders. Responds to new account requests creating the new account, details products product, pricing, and delivery information. Trouble shoots and follows up on all issues and complaints, working with other departments as needed, to resolve customer support matters.

Provides professional, appropriate and knowledgeable communications and customer service to all accounts.

Job requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
2 year of customer service experience in an order taking call center
1 year of 10 key by touch experience
1 year of typing experience
