Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to work in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Great opportunity to work in a fast pace environment. This position is in office and not remote. 

This is a temp- hire. Once you complete 3 months you will be hired internally with the company. 

Pay rate: $18.75/Hour
Monday to Friday - Multiple shifts to choose from 
ON SITE in Quincy, MA 

General Summary of Position:

 Customer Care Representatives will answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Answer inbound calls from Customers
  • Communicate troubles to other departments by opening tickets in database
  • Analyze issues in a timely manner and report to other departments if needed
  • Show discretion and independent judgment. At times you will need to make decisions that may have a significant financial impact. It is important these decisions be made with sound business judgment in a manner that keeps financial interests in mind while maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and make judgment calls to resolve customer issues
  • Must have the ability to be cleared for Secret Clearance P2, or currently hold secret clearance
  • Must be vaccinated
  • Background and drug test required
Preferred Qualifications:
 
  • Call center experience
