The Customer Service Representative (CSR) in conjunction with the rest of the team plays a key role in delivering an exceptional professional and friendly service to all business, customers, and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a willingness to learn. Must be able to communicate in person and on the phone.

Salary: $15-18 per/hour

Requirements - What Matters Most
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service setting
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Greets and directs clients and visitors.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
