Position Overview: We are looking for smart ambitious graduates who have a desire to learn about real estate investment and lending. The ideal Customer Success Representative will thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment, and will enjoy constant communication with others--internal and external stakeholders. This positon allows new [business, finance, entrepreneurship and economics] graduates to couple their education with strong leadership and gain mentorship in the practical business world. This position is on our Operations Team, working in our Boca Raton Headquarters Office.
* Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, entrepreneurship, economics or related field.
* Strong interest in real estate and finance.
* Desire to collaborate with others internally and externally, often by phone.
* Positive attitude, high energy, and detail oriented.
* Strong computer skills, comfortable in a fast faced, technology driven environment.
Responsibilities: * Learn how to participate in the process of assembling loans for real estate investors * * Navigate a proprietary online system, used to evaluate applications and process all business deals * Collaborate with existing team, particularly Project Coordinators to ensure proper collection and validation of all necessary loan documents o Ensure timely and successful delivery of appropriate documents
o Communicate clearly with all necessary parties in reference to progress, timelines, stipulations and closing schedules * Coordinate with the onsite Appraisal team to ensure inspections are ordered accurately based on the investors project * Interface with third party vendors such as Title companies and Insurance agencies
