Ultimate is now seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk for both temporary and temporary to hire opportunities in Las Vegas. If you are looking for your next career move or simply to continue to practice the skills you have, then we have the perfect role for you! 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
*    Receive inbound calls throughout the day, with ability to create amazing customer experiences with each phone call 
*    Ability to multi-task and prioritize work tasks in fast paced work environment 
*    Operate and work within 2 computer monitor system to track customer information, document call data, correspond with customers regularly 
*    Efficiently solve any/all customer concerns with a focus on that "one call resolution"  
*    Occasional outbound calls to customers to follow up on service requests or answer outstanding questions 

Experience Required:
*    1-3 years of recent experience in similar or related role 
*    Experience with Microsoft Office Programs: Excel, Word, Outlook 

Hours will vary, seeking candidates who are available Monday-Sunday for multiple shifts (overtime may be required depending on season/work load) 

Pay rates are based on experience.
