Job description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all administrative and customer service related duties within a region including office organization, invoicing, sales support, product deliver, and general customer service.

Essential Functions:

  • Hauler maintenance
  • Reconcile POs
  • Monitor quote schedule
  • Daily and monthly number reporting
  • Competitor purchase report follow-up
  • Complaint, back-charge, short pay resolution
  • Manage plant delivery schedules
  • Manage all invoicing duties
  • Develop and promote CSRs

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations; write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or at least 2 years of specific experience and/or training related to the essential functions of the job; or equivalent combination of education and training
