Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Answer high volume of calls
- Ability to work under pressure and make independent decisions for customers
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Collections experience a plus
- Work with customers to answer all questions they may have
- Ensure customers are taken care of in a professional manner
- 3+ years of working with customers experience required
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must have strong computer skills including MS Outlook
- Have a great personality and a positive demeanor
- Ability to multi task
- Must have strong communication skills- both written and verbal
- Pre employment background required
