Job description
Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to handle customer service requests from our clients stores and assist in general office related functions. Duties also include administrative and office support, accounts receivable and accounts payable support, general accounting and data entry and other duties as assigned. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work for a long standing company with great benefits.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $16 - $20 per hour
Location: Minneapolis
 
Requirements:

- Must have business related Bachelor's Degree
- 2 plus years of customer service experience
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Communicates professionally and effectively via telephone and e-mail
- Provides a highly responsive service-oriented interface for the customer and Field Sales
- Initiates discussions with customers to meet or exceed expectations of timeliness and quality
- Resolves problems pertaining to order administration, completion and post order activities by effectively utilizing resources
