Job description
Inbound Customer Service/ Sales Specialist 
  • This is a rare inside sales position - handling ONLY inbound calls from NEW & returning customers
  • Understand and promote current marketing campaigns in order to sell to customers accurately and effectively, from a call center environment.
  • You will be handling 60-70 inbound calls per day
  •  Placing orders and upselling and/or cross-selling products to customers, where appropriate
  • Goal of the call provide great customer service &&:
    • Sell membership (Onetime $99 fee for a yearly membership). They do offer incentives to the customers also which helps promote the membership to make the upsell easier! For example, they will buy $50 gift certificates + 10% off the order + FREE $100 gift + a discounted rate on shipping, etc. 
  • Pay: $15.00/hr + Commission ($3 for each membership you sell). Their membership conversion rate is 48% in the department currently! So if you sell 2 an hour you are making $21/hr
  • Second Shift Hours (Highly preferred): 1PM- 9:30 PM OR 2:30PM-11:00PM
  • First Shift Hours:
    • 9AM-5:30PM
    • 10:00AM-6:30 PM
    • 11:00 AM-7:30 PM
    • 12PM-8:30 PM
  • Days of the week: YOU get to choose your own schedule!! Must work Mondays (That is their busiest day) and 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) . Candidates who can work BOTH weekend days will be moved to the top of the list for consideration 
  • Contract to hire!
  • Interview Process: 1 Zoom interview and JOB OFFER
  • Start Date: Monday, July 20th - Training hours 9AM-5:30PM Monday - Friday for 1 Week
  • Top performers will have the option to move to an earlier shift (once hired on) this is based off of attendance, attitude, and your sales numbers
  • Background Check and Drug Screening Required
