Job description
Ultimate Staffing is hiring on behalf of one of San Diego's best and fastest growing companies to hire several Customer Service Representatives. Our client believes customer service is key and invests a significant amount of time and training into their team.  In this role you will be responsible for:

Handling incoming calls to support customers, making outbound calls and responding to customer emails

Documenting the nature of all inbound/outbound and email requests

Making outbound calls in response to customer voice mails, working with outside partners to provide the customer updates and counsel borrowers in need of support

Completing administrative projects, documenting customer data and recording payments

Our client offers comprehensive traing, operates a state of the art call center and offers paid parking. 
This position is being offered at $15-$16 per hour and is available asap!

Job requirements
1-2 years working in a customer service position, as Associates or advanced degree a plus, intermediate MS Office skills, CRM experience, and the ability to follow documented process and procedures.
