Essential Job Functions:
Applies in-depth operational and technical knowledge of Cyber Warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures in support of cyber system acquisition and support. Plans, supports, designs, and trains cyberspace capabilities that enable force projection in or through cyberspace.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Masters degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in cyber operations, cyber operational system support, cyber operations planning and execution.
Current or recent Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a co-located and/or geographically dispersed cross-functional team.
Bachelors Degree in a technical, scientific or engineering discipline plus 14 years of related experience OR Masters degree in a technical, scientific or engineering discipline plus 10 years of related experience required.
Experience with electronic warfare, signal intelligence and/or cyber warfare systems.
Familiarity with US Army missions and major weapons systems.
Experience with national Cybersecurity policies, IA standard security principles, standards and industry best practices.
Experience supporting DoDI 8510.01 (Risk Management Framework for DoD IT).
Experience in DoD assessment and authorization processes and procedures.
Familiarity with the DoD major system acquisition process.
