Drivers - Truck Drivers - Delivery Trucks - Van Drivers


This position is for our client in Lumberton... your time will be split between driving a forklift, delivery driving of a 26' box truck and working in the warehouse.

The driving is regional covering Pa., NJ and Delaware and is first shift...  can start at 6,7, or 8AM.  Must have a DOT card.

Drive established delivery routes with a  van or delivery truck.

Our route delivery drivers are self-motivated, careful route drivers and enjoy working independently. This is a physically demanding job that will require you to be outside.... Lifting, running and walking are part of the physical demands.

Delivery Truck Driver (Transportation)


Job Requirements:

Our delivery truck drivers must be able to:
  • Provide current drivers license
  • Provide current copy of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) verifying four points or less in the last three years and under no suspensions in the last five years.
  • Must have had a license for at least 5 years
  • Must be able to: Carry up to 50 pounds from truck to customers’ doorsteps (car dealers)
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Easily read and follow route maps
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical safety
  • Obey traffic laws
  • Clearly read and write in English
  • A drug test will be required before employment.
  • warehouse and forklift work

Job requirements




Sedentary:  Requires sitting for 6 hours out of an 8 hour day with lifting a maximum of up to

10 pounds occasionally (0-160 minutes).  Limited standing or walking may be occasionally required.


Light:  Requires standing and/or walking for 6 hours out of an 8 hour day with lifting a

maximum of up to 200 pounds occasionally (0-160 minutes) and frequent (160-320 minutes) lifting of up to 10 pounds.

Medium:  Requires standing and/or walking 6 hrs. out of an 8 hr day with lifting max. of 50 lbs occasionally (0-160 minutes) and frequent (160-320 minutes) lifting of up to 10 lbs.

Basic Qualifications


Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent


Skill(s): reading, writing, analyzing, purchasing, contract negotiation, supervision, word, excel access & any systems established


Experience: 5 years experience as a maintenance technician or 2 years experience as a maintenance superintendent or supervisor

Heavy:            Requires standing and/or walking greater than 6 hours out of an 8 hour day with lifting a

Maximum of 200 lbs. Occasionally (0-160 minutes) and frequently (160-320 minutes) lifting up to 50 lbs.

Very Heavy: Requires standing and/or walking most of an 8 hour day with lifting a maximum

weight exceeding 100 pounds occasionally (0-160 minutes) with frequent (160-320) lifting of weights exceeding 50 pounds.


Bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching vertical/horizontal, listening, verbal, writing and visual skills.  (Enter any of the above plus any other that apply)

B.     Other Hazards: (Ex.:  chemicals, temperature, environmental)

All chemicals required to complete daily duties ie: Coil cleaners, contact cleaners, freon, gas, oils, ammonia, bleach, paint rug shampoo, stainless steel cleaner & polish, ant & roach spray, lawn fertilizer.
