Day-to-day tasks for this high-level role will involve Desktop Support of Software / Hardware . TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have are 1. Go-getter and 2. Customer-facing. The candidate may need to drive occasionally, 5-10 miles a month.

Schedule is 8-5 Mon-Fri, some weekend on call.

  • Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems
  • Customize communication, instructions, and product knowledge to the level of the individual
  • Determine the most cost-effective repair to minimize customer downtime
  • Prepare reports for analysis
  • 5-10 years of related experience, or AA degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A+ certification
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to transform technical IT language into terms everyone understands
  • Relatable with customers and impeccable with follow-through
