We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our E-Commerce Team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing core aspects of our digital marketing program. Your central goal is to help ensure the success of our business objectives by increasing awareness, influence, and lead generation. Your duties will include planning, executing, and evaluating digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and consumer touchpoints. Our ideal candidate is someone with proven experience developing integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you must also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and implement a cohesive digital marketing calendar
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns, including paid search, SEO, display advertising, affiliate marketing, social media, card-linked offers, and more
  • Coordinate social media efforts across all digital channels
  • Monitor budgets, track and analyze performance, and assess against goals and KPIs
  • Work with external agencies and other third-party vendors to improve marketing results
  • Identify key trends and insights and utilize that data to help optimize spend and performance
  • Partner with vendors and cross-functional teammates to help brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5-6 years experience in marketing; 3+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO, SEM, social and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Hands-on experience using Google Analytics, AdWords, and Tag Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and analytics
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms, database marketing, user flows, conversion funnels, A/B and multivariate testing, and landing page optimization
  • Highly creative and capable of identifying target audiences and developing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate them
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with a strong sense of urgency
  • Great team player but able to get things done on your own
