The TMX Finance® Family of Companies is seeking a Direct Marketing Campaign Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic team and support multiple B2C Marketing Programs. As a highly-detailed and self-motivated individual, you will be a key driver in the day-to-day execution of direct mail, text, email, and push notification campaigns. Your broad understanding of marketing strategies coupled with your excellent communication skills will allow you to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, ensuring notable campaigns that uphold brand standards.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Partner with and assist Direct Marketing Manager to support Direct Marketing initiatives including direct mail, text, push, and email marketing.
Possess a solid understanding of print and digital marketing strategies surrounding omni-channel user/customer experience.
Manage the execution of direct mail by overseeing campaign development, creative production, list cleansing, data processing, reporting, and analytics.
Build email, text, and push campaigns through template creation, list segmentation and cleansing, importing, scheduling, deploying, reporting, and analytics.
Collaborate and liaise with internal departments and external vendors to develop and optimize current and future campaigns.
Write, edit, and proofread advertising collateral while adhering to state and federal regulations.
Identify areas of opportunity to optimize messaging and current strategies, while maintaining a performance driven mindset and upholding brand standards.
Research, analyze, and understand the competitive landscape in our industry with the goal to enhance the Company's standing.
Review invoices and ensure all costs are appropriated correctly.
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field is required
- 2-5 years working in a marketing-focused position
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Highly detail and deadline oriented
- ROI and growth focused
- Ability to manage multiple ad hoc and long-term projects simultaneously
- Must be self-sufficient, self-motivated, and easily self-managed
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
- Experience with Salesforce and Google Analytics preferred
