About This Career OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. In this position, you will play a vital role in helping our clients with intellectual, developmental disabilities achieve their highest level of independence.
- Transporting clients or running errands for clients
- Performing personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, cooking, and medical monitoring, and health care related tasks.
- Functions such as light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning
- Meal planning, shopping for groceries, preparing and serving food/meals
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license
- Auto Insurance

Thank you for your interest in Hillcroft! The following information will be helpful in determining your continued interest in Hillcroft.
FULL time positions – are those regularly scheduled 40 hours/week.
PART time positions – are those regularly scheduled less than 40 hours/week. Part time staff may be offered additional hours on an as needed basis but this will not qualify for full time until those full time hours are open.
PAID LEAVE/TIME OFF/OTHER BENEFITS:
Paid leave is for employees regularly scheduled for 30 hours/week. The paid leave is based on your actual scheduled hours
Sick leave – 7 days/calendar year based on annual scheduled hours, prorated and eligible to use after 90 days employment.
Vacation – may be used at 6 months, where you have earned a minimum of one week based on your annual scheduled hours. At the end of one year, you will have accumulated two weeks vacation.
Personal Leave – 2 days/calendar year, based on annual scheduled hours, prorated and eligible to use after 90 days.
Holidays – the agency pays for 10 holidays per year.
Paid bereavement leave for eligible relationship after 90 days up to 3 days.
Direct deposit to any financial institution.

Medical Insurance Benefits:
The following will be provided at minimal cost for full time employees only. The program components as marked * will be available at an additional cost for spouse and/or family.
