What Sales Admin/Ops Management contributes to Cardinal Health


Sales Operations Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Sales Operations function


Accountabilities

  • Strategic leader supporting 6 commercial teams:  B2B (home health & hospice, home medical equipment, Cardinal branded products) and B2C (MCO/IDN, Diabetes and healthcare professional teams)
  • Cultural transformer bringing various teams together with a defined purpose to develop strategies and tactics to enhance the sales team and customer experience
  • Develop sales support models to support the various sales channel needs
  • Partner with COE’s across business to develop onboarding and training for the various commercial teams
  • Develop narrow and defined priorities related to contracting, data & analytics and customer proposals
  • Implement disciplined rigor around pipeline management, CRM and account planning metrics
  • Collaborative efforts and insights with finance and operations to drive efficiencies in onboarding and serving customers/patients
  • Deliver analytic insights to commercial leaders on business trends, scorecards and metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in business or related field required
  • Minimum 5 years general business exp required
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Experience in developing people and leading teams required
  • excellent written and communication skills
