CUSTOMER SERVICE/ HOTLINE
You will take calls from customers to assist them with their needs and dispatch technicians as needed
* Able to handle high call volume.
* High accuracy conversion and resolution rate.
* Able to withstand phone time between 5-7 hours.
* Swiftly adapt to a fast-past, ever changing environment.
* Excellent oratory and written skills.
* Delivers superb customer service.
Must be strong on the computer
Hours are 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm
Pay is $16=7
