Handle high phone call volumes, processing and troubleshooting issues and multi-tasking effectively

Driver dispatch
Troubleshoot driver issues
Communication between customers and drivers
 
Dispatcher Qualifications & Experience:
Strong computer skills
High attention to detail with strong communication & grammar skills
Professional attitude and team mindset
Organized and self-motivated individual
Handle high phone call volumes, processing and troubleshooting issues and multi-tasking effectively
 
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations
2+ years' experience in a dispatcher role
Experience PCS dispatch systems a plus
Microsoft Office
High school diploma/GED
