Job description
My client, a fast-growing progressive law firm in Southeast Denver, has an immediate opening for a Junior Corporate Paralegal with 2 plus years of experience.  If you are looking to get your career moving, look no further this is the opportunity you have been waiting for!  

Junior Corporate Paralegal Responsibilities:
  • Completing corporate and/or governmental forms, tracking progress, updating parties involved and data sites.
  • Gathering and/or preparation of documents, obtaining necessary signatures, distribution of documents, and scanning, organizing and filing of documents throughout and at the end of the project.
  • Gathering and/or preparation of documents such as corporate resolutions, minutes, and consents, preparation of documents for signatures, and scanning, organizing and filing of documents.
  • Gathering and/or preparation of documents, distribute, and file documents needed for board and committee meetings.
  • Prepare, distribute and organize equity related documents 
    Assist with proofing and editing documents.
  • Assist with clerical duties and file organization tasks.
  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Assist other members of the legal department as needed.

Qualifications:
  • ABA Paralegal certificate required and/or Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2 years corporate legal experience preferred 
  • Self-starter, reliable, professional, able to multi-task 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat (Nuance), Google Docs, Gmail.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
