The Executive Assistant's job duties include but are not limited to preparing board meeting packets and related materials, reviewing and coordinating board presentations, all logistics including meeting room set up for board members, new board member packets, coordination of conflict of interest forms, attendance at board meetings and taking minutes
Candidate must have at least three years of experience in an administrative role, experience working with boards preferably in a non- profit setting, experience working with volunteers, excellent time management, proofreading, taking minutes, advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
-Board governance, meeting minutes, travel reservations, event planning, logistics, book hotel rooms, flights, dinners, shows, transportation, some travel may be required
-Main responsibilities would include supporting C level executives and/or Board of Directors, Strong software background for MS office products, typing, organized, and professional. Salary range open based on experience.
