Job description

The job functions to work in an administrative management capacity within the Delivery, Forklift and Specialty Purchasing Departments. Responsibilities range from all avenues of expense control for the Company, to Vehicle Fleet responsibilities and Delivery and Specialty Purchasing Contract Administration.  The job entails daily contact with Store Associates and Specialty Purchasing Vendors. Other responsibilites include:


Contracts for grass cutting, snow plowing, specialty Purchasing, forklifts, water coolers

Certificate of Liability for: grass cutting, snow plowing, specialty purchasing, forklifts, traffic

Registrations for all states including inspections on vehicles for the states that require inspections for the renewals

Specialty Purchasing rebates

Invoices for water coolers, grass cutting, snow plowing

Alarm permits for all the stores

Termination letters for haulers, grass cutting, snow plowing

New Vehicles: All paperwork & procedure required for the registration and titles (every state is different with different requirements)

Moved Vehicles & Trailers:All paperwork & procedure required for the registration and titles (every state is different with different requirements)

Keeping spreadsheet for all Install vehicles

Liens on our vehicles and trailers

Paperwork and procedure when a vehicle/trailer is sold - including notifying DMV & plate return

Keeping track of vehicles when a person is terminated

Insurance cards for all vehicles & trailers

Hauler Contracts: Printing and mailing to hauler (copying and scanning once they are signed)

Closed store procedure regarding Coke machines and terminating contracts

Coke machine problems and additions
