Job description
Responsible for leading and supporting operations and sales in regards to loading complex eligibility files into the core business unit systems and updating multiple systems with current information; act as the primary liaison between the operational units and the sales team to ensure a smooth and complete installation of new clients' account information (e.g. rosters, benefits documents, etc.) ensuring best practices are followed; lead and administer file transfer processes and load client data into various core system applications, which may include manually keying records that cannot be automatically uploaded, while ensuring data integrity and availability to operations staff; set-up and maintain customized client website landing pages as necessary
Job requirements
Education
• High School Degree or GED required
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, liberal arts, public health, healthcare management, or a related field preferred Experience
•Minimum of 4 year's back office or system client service support, operations, benefit administration, or account management experience required, preferably in a healthcare field
•Minimum of 1 year experience with a database system and file transfers is required
•Minimum of 1 year experience with webpage design and manipulation is preferred Other
•Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
•Based on program may need to be bilingual in English, Spanish, etc. A successful incumbent in the job will be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
