Human Resources Coordinator $25 per hour
Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator which will be responsible for providing daily support of talent acquisition and onboarding process, assisting with leave administration, time and attendance preparation and processing of payroll data, assisting with special projects.

Assist with employee recruitment process, including job postings and interview scheduling.
Post employment opportunities
Conduct employee on-boarding and orientations.
Assist HR business partners in tracking employees on a leave of absence for compliance with FMLA, CFRA and other regulations.
Complete weekly summaries for recruiting, leave of absences, timekeeping, and general inquiries from employees
Generates reports from Workday and other HR systems, as requested.
Assist with COVID related items, such as testing reminders, tracking time off, return to work programs, and other initiatives that may be implemented in the future.
Review and obtain approval of time and attendance documents, processes special payments and maintain required documentation.
Responsible for gathering authorization from supervisors regarding payroll exceptions and/or changes.
Provide support in overseeing accrual maintenance and processing paid sick time, vacation, and other leaves, including unpaid.

Minimum education requirement is high school diploma
Minimum years of relevant work experience is 2-3 years of experience working supporting HR related functions
Bachelor's degree human resources, business administration, industrial/organizational psychology, or related field.
Knowledge and experience with Workday and Kronos preferred
