Job description
Ultimate Staffing is partnered with a global telecommunications company in Irvine, CA. This company is seeking an HR Generalist to support 4 of their locations overseeing 50-60 employees. No direct reports.

Pay:  $65,000-$75,000 (Will be eligible for a bonus every year- typically 1-2-month salary)

Must-Have 2-3 years of experience:
 
  • PAYROLL: Experience processing Payroll -ADP knowledge (run/easy labor/ total source)
  • Benefits: Knowledge of benefits
    • Researching different benefit plans, understanding which the best/ most cost-effective
  • Compliance: researching and staying compliant with laws/ regulations/ work man's comp etc.
