Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist for a great company!
The HR Generalist would be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the senior HR Manager in supporting various projects and multiple locations. This position responsibilities include: benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
Essential functions may Include:
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook
Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals
Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
