Job description
The Healthcare Administrative Technician is responsible for processing, communicating, documenting and tracking requests for formulary exceptions, prior authorizations, quantity exceptions, and brand override for delegated utilization management (UM) products and services.

Pay: $16.50 an hour
Training schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Regular Schedule: * Schedules will be set based on a bidding system. Shifts are typically M-F with a start between 8am - 9:30am. Shifts end between 4:30pm and 6pm. (Most people end up with a 9:30am - 6pm shift.)
1. M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
2. M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
3. M-F 9:00am-5:30pm
4. M-F 9:30am-6:00pm
5. All shifts above rotate weekends with the entire ATI team; for example, if the team size is 20, they would work 1 Saturday OR Sunday about every 10 weeks. Weekend shifts are:
a. Saturday 6:30am-2:00pm
b. Sunday 8:00am-1:00pm
