Job description
We are seeking an entry-level, solution-oriented, Dispatcher/Service Desk Coordinator who is passionate about providing technical support to customers and vendors! 
  • Provide efficient technical support to field technicians by executing work plans and resolving issue 
  • Answer routine questions regarding service installation, product features, outages and component-level problems
  • Document all onsite activities based on project scope including scheduling, confirmation of time and work performed, delays incurred, open issues and additional expenses
  • Follow up with customers and internal departments to confirm that issues have been resolved in a timely manner that is satisfactory to the customer
  • Utilize ticket tracking system to document results of problem resolution sessions
  • Individuals with A+ or Network+ certification are highly encouraged to apply 
  • Temp-to-hire
  • Starting pay: $16-17/hr DOE. Performance review and raise once hired on 
  • Schedules available: 8AM-5PM M-F
