Job description
You will be working on a data breach (like the Target Red Card), using a script to answer questions and concerns for individuals that were affected. This is a good way to get some office experience and also gives candidates a chance to make some money between permanent positions. This is NOT on the bus line, so candidates need reliable transportation and a reasonable commute (Position: Inbound Customer Support Rep
  • Handle 60+ inbound calls per day on average
  • The Contact Center Representative handles calls from customers and provides professional, courteous and accurate information
  • Answering questions from policy holders regarding a data breach and giving additional information
  • Looking for attention to detail, being able to multi task and comfortable reading from a script
  • This is an entry level position
  • Must be empathic and understanding to policy holders
  • Pay rate: $15/hr  ($16/Hour if Bilingual Spanish)
  • Coverage needed:
    • Shifts between 7a-10p, Mon-Fri
    • Shifts between 7a-7p, Sat & Sun
  • Start Date: November 21st - unofficially per client as waiting on their client's go ahead
  • Location: Chanhassen, MN
  • Temp: 2-3 months approx.
  • Training is paid
  • Training length is TBD
  • Possible chance to be hired permanent following the project
  • Candidates complete onboarding and new hire paperwork from Bloomington Ultimate Staffing office
