Job description
Ultimate Staffing is looking for an Information & Eligibility Specialist for a great company in the Orange West area. This individual is responsible for data management, entry, reporting and validation.  They also will obtain, maintain and process client information to determine eligibility for Federal funding and Medicaid.

Temp to Hire Position
Pay Rate: $12-$13/hour
Full-Time: M-F 8 AM- 5 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Correctly enter mandatory program information while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Obtains and maintains appropriate eligibility documentation
  • Assist in resolving problems, locating additional information
  • Participates in the agency strategic plan and quality improvement processes
  • Queries systems to access certain information for distributing weekly or monthly reports to case and other senior management staff
  • SSI applications, tracking and change of payee
  • Provide excellent customer service while being professional and respectful
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent
  • 2 years of experience with spreadsheets and databases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and record/data management experience
  • Thorough knowledge of state SACWIS system and previous experience in client eligibility determination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
