Job description
North Houston Ultimate is currently sourcing candidates for an Inside Sales/Account Manager role located 290 and Pinemont area of town. This position is comprised of 75% outbound sales to new and established customers and 25% order entry. No cold calling necessary, warm leads and established customers only. The ideal candidate will have a minimum one (1) year of experience in outbound sales and able to multi-task and prioritize to manage time effectively. This position pays $16-$19 per hour, depending on experience and is a temp to hire role. 

JOB DUTIES- 
  • Manage large amounts of outgoing and incoming calls
  • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions
  • Recommend potential products or related items to customers through consultative selling methods
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure a positive buying experience
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Monitor order fulfillment, accurate and timely shipping procedures and payment processing
  • Perform new customer verification and customer account set-up
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Attend tradeshows when necessary
SKILLS-
  • Must be able to make out bound sales calls
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Possess a Team spirit and "can-do' attitude
  • Strong phone skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
