**Competitive hourly pay plus UNCAPPED commissions**
3 weeks paid training: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
4 weeks nesting: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
Call Center Hours: 7am-8pm Monday-Friday / 8:30am-6:00 pm Sat / Closed Sun
Set schedules (subject to business needs and shift bids)
Anticipated Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm & Saturday 8:30-6:00pm
Position Overview:
The Residential Inside Sales Consultant works in a high-volume sales environment with an established consulting sales approach.  The Consultant must possess the ability to recognize and capitalize on selling opportunities, multitask and prioritize, thrive in a team environment, and have the ability to navigate a multi-tiered system.

•         Handle inbound calls in a call center environment

•         Resolve customer inquiries and billing issues as well as product and service concerns

•         Explain and sell products and services to new and existing customers

•         Access and update customer accounts through computer-based systems while speaking to the customer

•         Gain and maintain product and service knowledge

•         Have working knowledge of telephony technology and keep current with industry changes

•         Perform other duties as assigned

•         Ability to speak clearly and articulate steps to non-technical customers

•         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, telephone voice, and telephone etiquette

•         Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize daily tasks, and perform successfully in a fast-paced environment

•         Project a positive, professional attitude along with a confident and outgoing personality

•         Ability to solve problems quickly and decisively

•         Ability to quickly and successfully build rapport with a wide range of customers

•         Ability to use diplomacy when working with challenging or demanding customers

•         Working knowledge of personal computers (Windows), 10-key, and keyboarding skills

•         Ability to take initiative and accountability in obtaining general knowledge of billing systems and order entry

•         Must be able to work flexible hours on a rotating schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends, and ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including overtime when necessary

Job requirements
Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for experience as deemed appropriate.
