- Contact prospective clients through phone and email to identify key stake holders and decision makers.
- Facilitate direct purchases or interactions with senior sales associates.
- Provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
- Build effective relationships with customers and potential clients.
- Provide affiliates with product information, promotional material, and demonstration products.
- Must have at least 2 years of Sales or Client Services experience. Medical device/product experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Professional working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Strong English language communication skills; verbal and written.
