The role reports to the Operations Manager and is located in Tucson. As a Inspector & Tester , you will be responsible for service electric motors and related equipment in accordance with repair specifications.



Your responsibilities

  • Disassembly, cleaning, repair, inspection, reassembly, and test electric motors.
  • Complete inspection and test reports for electric motors.
  • Familiar with the scope and limitations of the repair procedures for motors.
  • May be required to work overtime, various shifts, holidays and weekends.
  • Travel to job Sites. Work may be up to 50% onsite.
  • Possesses the fundamental understanding of a Safety and Quality based culture, and performs accordingly



Your background

  • Trade School or high school diploma/GED and 5 years minimum experience in manufacturing or equipment service industry
  • Able to read and interpret electrical drawings or mechanical prints.
  • Able to use calibrated equipment
  • Experience doing field and test work.
  • Communication with customer personnel.
  • Able to travel and complete overnight stays.
  • Good Electrical and Mechanical skills a must.
  • This position will require travel and work on nuclear sites.
  • Communication with customer personnel.
  • Self-starter able to work with minimal direct
