This is NOT your standard insurance agency position - they don't mess around with compensation draws or unlucrative commission plans, instead, being an agent for this very respected company means you will garner:
LEADS: An already established customer base with BOTTOMLESS leads - you DO NOT have to generate your own leads - EVER
AUTONOMY: Even if the bottomless leads weren't enough for your sales style, the company still provides autonomy for building network relationships and the ability to attend events
Additional Licensing: Although they would like you to already have your Property and Casualty license, they will pay for your life insurance license, along with all other continuing education and reciprocity licensing
**Base Salary: A healthy base salary of at LEAST $40-$45K without any performance metrics tied to the compensation. NO DRAWS
Lucrative Commission Plan: Commission packages that will include a HEALTHY split to reward you for your new client acquisitions - along with a path to enjoy residual renewal income
First Year Total Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 (The compensation plan is designed to reward performing agents to double their base salary in the 1st year with ongoing six figure income potential)

Environment: The company offers a brick and mortar professional office location - some flexibility with work from home because of Covid-19 is available
Hours: 9AM - 6PM, M-F (Autonomy and flexibility can be provided)
