While this position does not require specific experience, the ideal candidate for this role should have experience in an administrative support position, be extremely detail oriented, and be able to communicate well over the phone and in person. Job Responsibilities:
  • Function as branch receptionist and pharmacy assistant
  • Receive new patient information from the nurses over the phone and enter it into the system
  • Verify insurance for new patients
  • Act as the liaison between home traveling nurses and the pharmacist
  • Perform other administrative support tasks as required
Job Requirements:
  • Associate Degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience in an administrative support role
  • Experience working in the medical field highly preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency in computer knowledge and Microsoft Office
  • Must be highly organized with an acute attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently

Compensation Range: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, DOE
