Job description

Information Technology is responsible for the effective development, delivery and operation of computing and information services. Anticipates, plans and delivers IT solutions and strategy which enable business value.


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Lead deployment manager for laptop/desktop leases
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Financial Services suppliers
  • Manage the lease return process for each schedule in coordination with suppliers
  • Provide status reporting and other critical metrics for each schedule
  • Coordinate with finance on funding, forecast and actual spend
  • Define, manage and facilitate the internal lease reclamation process (e.g., RCS)

Accountabilities in this role

  • Create monthly lease schedules based on inventory and run needs
  • Create purchase orders once lease schedule has been defined
  • Perform goods receipt as equipment arrives
  • Provide final order confirmation to suppliers prior to invoice creation
  • Create and distribute communications as devices come up for lease expiration
  • Monitor GMB
  • Act as BA/PM for each lease schedule
  • Run asset reports to identify any device concerns before end of lease (ex. missing assets)
  • Act as liaison between Cardinal Health and device supplier (equipment requests, process efficiencies etc.)
  • Establish and maintain procedures associated with the end-to-end lease process
  • Act as an interface to Clients who are checking on their lease status
  • Provide necessary run rate to suppliers for device needs
  • Coordinate as needed with HW asset management
  • Review inventory regularly and facilitate clean-up process when needed
  • Assist Depots as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years experience in related field
  • ServiceNow (reports, asset module)
  • Expert Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze raw data in order to make conclusions and reveal trends and metrics
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Time management
  • Robust multi-tasking skills
  • Experience as a project manager or project analyst
