Ultimate Staffing has a property management company with 1 immediate need. We are looking for an Leasing Agents in the New Haven/North Haven area. The positions is temp to hire with the expectation to bring each individual on as a permanent employee! Our client is an industry leader as well as an international company which manages millions of square feet of real estate including residential apartment communities, office buildings, retail centers, and industrial parks. 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Effectively computing, classifying and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete
  • Greet prospects and qualify
  • Oversee completion of applications and secure deposits
  • Ensure apartment/office is ready for move-in on agreed date
  • Monitor renewals
  • Represent the company in professional manner at all times
  • Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store and analyze information
  • Access computerized financial information to resolve vendor and payment programs
  • Provide general clerical assistance
Qualifications include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Must possess strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed, including evenings and weekends
  • Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to present a positive attitude at all times
  • Bilingual is a plus 
  • HUD, Tax Credit, And Section 8 experience is needed
