Job description

Are you an experienced administrative assistant with legal experience interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity in Phoenix, AZ? You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, files for court, and correspondence, including client files, representation agreements, meeting minute entries, etc.; processing retention documents; calendaring, scheduling, and deadline management; reception coverage; answering phones; processing incoming deliveries and faxes; sending invoices to and communicating billing needs with clients; and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a pleasure to work with, with a no-task-too-small attitude and excellent multitasking skills.
Qualifications:




  • 1+ year(s) of administrative assistant experience, preferably within a law firm or a corporate legal department

  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Trial Tracker

  • Solid organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail

  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, proactive mindset
